A week and a half later and I still haven't received the order. I emailed customer services two days ago to ask about it and haven't received a reply.
Unfortunately customer service seems to be really poor and I still don't know if I will ever receive my order :(”
“We’d be lost without these cups both my children love them. Kev Koala is my son’s favourite. The only criticism I can make is that occasionally drink leaks out before it’s been drunk causing a mess when not noticed, usually sucking the straw cures the problem though, it must be some pressure buildup when the lid goes on, we only ever have water or milk in them so it’s a bit odd.”
