I'm sorry to hear that you've had a problem with our cup and that you've received no response. We can't find a contact email under your name, which is a shame as we pride ourselves on our customer service.
With regard to milk flowing out of the straw, this is because the Tippy Up Cup isn't suitable for warm drinks I'm afraid, as it has a free flow straw. With warm drinks, vapour pressure forces the liquid and out of the straw and without a valve to stop it, it will flow freely. For warm drinks we would recommend our 3 Way Trainer Cup.
