Awful - milk spills out of the straw when the cup is just sat. Tried putting less milk in cup, ensuring no air bubble in straw etc. Makes such a mess. Contacted TUM TUM via their website and no response. Very disappointing.

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry to hear that you've had a problem with our cup and that you've received no response. We can't find a contact email under your name, which is a shame as we pride ourselves on our customer service. With regard to milk flowing out of the straw, this is because the Tippy Up Cup isn't suitable for warm drinks I'm afraid, as it has a free flow straw. With warm drinks, vapour pressure forces the liquid and out of the straw and without a valve to stop it, it will flow freely. For warm drinks we would recommend our 3 Way Trainer Cup. I hope that helps! Kind regards Suzanne

I saw this on a nutritionists website talking about the best weaning cups for babies. My son has an open cup but this is messy when out and about and I have tried a few other different cups which he won’t take. He has never had a bottle. However, the tum tum cup he has taken to really quickly. Only took a couple of tries and takes decent amounts of water. I will be definitely recommending them. Thanks!

Brilliant cups; slightly more expensive than other similar products but far superior. Not too difficult to suck through, pretty much leak-proof (and believe me my grandaughter has tested this aspect to its limit!), easy screw-on lid. Every Mum (and baby) should have at least one of these.

My little girl gets so excited about this cup! The panda top is really cute and cleverly thought out, and it’s easy for her to use unaided. It was incredible how quickly she worked out how to use it (almost ten months) which shows how well designed it is. We’ll be buying another for her to take to nursery!
