“Customer service very helpful , I mistakenly bought series 1 and contacted them and they told me to return it and refunded me very promptly . I had previously bought Tippy up cup and my boy loves it . Since we lost the straw from the old cup I bought series 2&3 replacement straws. We tried different bottles and he barely drank as he was not comfortable with straws from other bottles so we had to get Tippy up cup straws and amazingly he started drinking again .. He absolutely loves it ..”
