“We love the cups and my daughter loves the straw. Never drank from a straw up until these and they go everywhere with us.
However, I’m not sure if it’s user error but the water leaks out of the straw when not in use. We have 6 of these now and every single one does it. It’s almost like there’s too much pressure which is forcing the liquid out. I’ve tried not doing it up too tight/ too loose but it still happens.”
Hi Stacey - thank you for your lovely comments. The Tippy Up Cups are only suitable for cold drinks as otherwise the vapour pressure forces the drink up and out of the straw (as there is no valve to stop it). Suzanne x
