“If I was a UK resident I would have given 5 stars as the product itself is great and I wouldn't have had to pay astronomical delivery and customs costs. As an EU resident, I thought the £9.50 delivery cost was a little much but I was willing to pay it to get the straws because I assumed it must include customs charges for that price. To then be charged an extra €8.50 in customs costs to get it delivered was frustrating and meant that I had in fact paid almost twice the value of the 2 packets of straws just to get them delivered. I won't be purchasing from your website again.”
