“I ordered a replacement straw and a new cup because there was a hole in the straw of our current cup.
A week and a half later and I still haven't received the order. I emailed customer services two days ago to ask about it and haven't received a reply.
Unfortunately customer service seems to be really poor and I still don't know if I will ever receive my order :(”
“Brilliant set. I have now started to use the cups for milk as well as water so being able to use the brush is really good. And the spare straws are useful to have when I need them!”
