“Loving my new mask! Not long started using so waiting to see results but enjoying it becoming part of my new skin routine. The mask arrived well protected so no damage caused. The instruction manual has little information so I was a bit confused about turning it on and off but when contacting the service team, they were very quick to reply and supportive in explaining. The mask is a little heavy meaning it can be tricky at times wearing and doing tasks so I tend to just sit and relax when I have the mask on. The sizing is standardised however, I notice that the mask feels quite big when it sits on my face so can slip down a bit, pushing down onto my neck which can be a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the mask works great and I love the box it came in!”
