“First time using pine pollen, I used a little more than the recommended dose after initially checking I wasnt allergic to it. Noticeable results even after a day or two. I mixed it with a little water so it became paste like in my mouth, not unpleasant tasting”

“Mild, pine tasting powder. Only bought the 75g size and have only started to notice an improvement as I finished the bag. Will now order some more - and a bigger bag. Maybe my age has something to do with the time taken to have some effect.”

“This product is of high quality, which is reflected in its packaging and fast delivery. I have bought it in the hope it will help balance my hormones, as recommended. I would have liked some directions of the dose etc and how long it may be before the product takes effect. Overall, its a very nice product.”
