“These pine needles make a wonderful healthy healing drink for the whole body and can be used over and over. I have made a large glass tea pot using the pine needles and then grated a frozen organic unwaxed Lemon peel into the tea. I let it cool down and then put it in the fridge in a glass jug and drink it as a cold drink. My tea maker has a strainer so it works at the correct temperature not made to hot to damage the healing properties. It's a wonderful mild drink and a great detox is the bonus for your body.”

“This was my first purchase from Na'vi organics and I'm very pleased with the freshness and quality of the Wild Freshly picked pine needles straight from the Scottish Highlands. I've been making tea with the pine needles and it's just like smelling and tasting the forest. Very refreshing. I highly recommend you trying some. I will be buying lots more of the Spruce Sprigs and I am also interested in looking at other products that Na'vi sell.”
