“I think this is helping with my sleep. I cannot take it on its own. I have to add it to hot chocolate to get rid of the taste. Maybe suitable for others, but I definitely cannot take it on its own or with any kind of milk. It has to be added to something more smooth and tasty like chocolate :-)”

“Delicious mushroom blend. If you can't decided which mushroom to start with, this is a lovely tasting introduction. Nice on its own just with hot water, or with milk or blended with coffee or in a hot chocolate.”
