“I'm still loving this a month after taking it. My hormones are more balanced, my horrendous perimenopausal PMS reduced and sleeping better. I also take the broad spectrum resihi twice a day. And recently a wild yam cream which I think is also helping. But this is my first love for balancing hormones.”

“Zen in a Jar is simply the highest quality Reishi available on the market. Reishi has long been known as the mushroom of immortality promoting health and longevity. Historically the best Reishi has always been reserved for Royalty. I don't think that royalty ever had it this good.”
