“This honey is very good, its the best honey I've ever tasted, and I've tasted quite a few. The texture is rich and creamy, very dense, not watery at all, like a lot of honeys, I've tasted before. The taste is subtle and delicate, and a bit earthy, to my mind, but rich and the flavour is reminiscent of toffee, for me. A taste of a summer meadow. I use it in my herbal teas, and put it on my porridge in the mornings along with oat milk. I love the fact that it is raw and unpasteurised, not tampered with, just pure honey, just like the bees make it.”
