“Been using this for two weeks. Navi' Orgsnics delivered this so quickly! It's great quality powder. The taste can be a challenge for most poeople. I find it okay. Have in on my porridge in mornings. No instructions on dosage but, I had a pinch a day week 1 and 2 pinches this week. Next week will be three pinches. I haven't notice a great deal of difference so far. It does seem to be helping with my digestion. Slowly helping as at almost two weeks I'm starting notice I'm digesting food a little better. I have gastritis at the moment. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can sprinkle this on cereals.”
