“After reading about the many benefits of Jiaogulan, I decided to try the tea and bought a 100g bag. My initial reaction was that it didnt look all that much in relation to the price. However, you really do only need a very small pinch of the tea in your mug. Fill with boiling water and wait just 5 minutes, I was amazed at how much the tea leaves expanded It smells reasonably pleasant (despite how it looks, similar to wilted spinach) and it tastes nice. I drink this every afternoon now and have been doing tor around 3 weeks. One difference I have noticed is that the white of my eyes looks brighter. Ive read that Jiaogulan is bursting with antioxidants, so hopefully its working for me Definitely worth a try if you like your herbal natural organic teas.”

“Well, after reading a LOT about Jiaogulan and having been given some by an accupuncturist in the past, I was keen to try this in a tea form. I was not disappointed.First off, it was dispatched quickly and in great packaging and the quantity was actually bigger than I imagined. 5 stars for serviceThe tea itself tastes great to me but Im a raw foodie and Im used to all kinds of flavours and herbal concotions. I guess taste will always be an individual thing.But where this really scores is the adaptagenic effect.... which was my main motive in buying it. I found that for the first few days I had some detox like symptoms but from the outset my poor sleep was helped enormously. Im talking out for the count sleep Also, my appetite seemed to become more regulated (again thatll probably differ according to the user), and my overall energy and mood was better (I have a history of depression and General Anxiety Disorder - factors which sent motivated my research into herbal medecines etc in the first place.)I will definitely be ordering this again as it has become my regular beverage (I make a pot of it and drink it through the day usually adding, liquorice root, ginger and other goodies into the mix at the same time). I also like an infusion of it on its own once a day.If I can figure out how to do this, I ll most likely update this review in a few weeks if people would find that in any way helpful.”
