“I felt that the tea really supported me in having a positive effect on my body. The tea was a fresh loose leaf tea and as other customers said in their reviews you can definitely get more than one brew out and so I reused it. It is a good quality tea so I only needed to use a small amount and I'm glad I've discovered this tea, personally, I felt that it helped to create more of a grounding effect for me. I liked the packaging and it was delivered quickly.”

“Very nice tea with a slightly sweet taste. Have started drinking in the last couple of weeks because of the reported health benefits. Also want to reduce the amount of caffeine I drink and this seems like a win-win situation. Not sure if placebo, but do feel a bit more calm and centered when drinking.”
