“This is a lovely easy relaxing drink. I brew it around 80 degrees which gives a nice strength and gives a sweetness. Any hotter and it has the potential to go bitter. I also keep the leaves and re brew later in the day. I feel like this has helped with leveling out my homones. Keeping me calmer, less up and down moods.”

“I haven’t tasted a tea like Jiaogulan before! It’s incredibly sweet, tangy and clean. I notice an immediate shift in my wellbeing after drinking the tea. I feel lighter, more connected and calm. The best thing about the tea is how strong they are. I regularly re use the leaves 3 times with still a good amount of flavour left by the third pour. I would highly recommend this tea as something to use mid morning or mid afternoon to give you that extra boost!”
