“This is my favourite miso. It's not as salty as others. I use it as a drink, and as a spread on toast (like marmite). I add a bit at the end of cooking but not when boiling.”

“This is a great tasting miso. I’ve been using their chickpea version for ages and wanted a change. But they have quite different characters so it’s well worth having both! This one is super punchy and well rounded with the extras of seaweed and mushroom not over intruding either. Great brand and another lovely product!”
