“This is a perfectly good source for Black Ant. Aside from adding it to my usual mix of herbs (at the recommended dosage), I will also mix around 4 gms, along with Red-Star nutritional yeast and some 9x Bamboo Salt, with 5 raw egg yolks - a nutritional bomb! Taking that much ant at one time brings to the fore the fact that ant affects Shen, as well as Jing and Chi. Of course the B-vitamins in the yeast, and the choline in the raw egg yolks will also contribute to mental clarity but, from my experience, adding the ant definitively ratchets the effect up a notch!”
