“Fun alternative to normal miso pastes. It's more tangy and works just as well for all the same dishes you'd use normal miso with. We love aubergine with a white miso glaze or on toast with some chilli sauce. It's a little more tricky to water down into a paste to put into other dishes, compared to the dark miso, but still worth using.”

“This miso has a wonderful mellow flavour and is not too salty. It is imported from America, which is a shame. All those air miles! I wonder if it would be possible to source Uk miso?”

“this is different than usual misos in flavor but still retains the definite miso taste. i like it is a tea allowas me to fully enjoy its flavor without the interference of other flaviors”
