“Just like the title this miso is living you can feel the benefit straight away. Not only delicious in taste it a good value for the price . You can also add it to your favorite dressing to creamy texture and extra flavor I add it to my Tahini dressing.”

“It's so much nicer than some organic pasteurised white miso I bought. I'll use that up in soups or stews where it can't get further damaged.This one has a much nicer taste and I don't heat it - either putting it in a raw sauce or dressing, or adding it at the end to a pot of soup or stew that has cooled to nicely warm. I actually think the better taste is related to the fact that it is a living food. Our taste buds do their best to get us to the healthiest foods.”
