“Can only speak for myself and maybe 3 weeks use in coffee in the morning and tincture at night is not long enough to judge but at this point only the tincture at night has shown improvement for sleep issues.. Hoped it would be effective for my short term memory issues which are certainly aggravated by the insomnia..”
