“In comparison to 100% cocoa drops which are dull and bitter, these from Hispaniola are shiny and although strong tasting are not bitter. Quite an addictive treat”

“I couldn't believe how delicious the hot chocolate was when I made this drink using full fat milk, honey and just a few drops of cacao. I make a cup every day and I know it's doing me good. Thank you”

“Love using 100% cacao to make hot choc or when baking as it means I can add my sweetener of choice which is usually jaggery, policane sugar or maple syrup. Heavenly”
