“I have been using this product on and off for several years and now back on it. I find the quality excellent and it's noted to be one of the most nutritious superfoods due to minerals, enzymes and vitamins. As a nutritional therapist I'm a big fan of natural foods and supplements to give us what we need to be as healthy as possible. If you're not allergic to bee products then start taking very small amount, even just a pellet and work up to a teaspoon. I take a quarter of a teaspoon before meals to help with digestion :)”

“Great product. Tasty and nutritious. Very strong and detoxifying, so definitely don't overdo it at the beginning. It is like medicine after all. Can imagine it working wonders for hayfever. Would purchase again”
