“This delightful White Balsamic Vinegar. I love the presentation, in a box with the bottle inside. It also has a detatchable pouring spout another bonus. I use it in alsorts, as a flavouring in cooked food or as a dressing in salads/cold foods. It is also very good as a dressing for fresh strawberries at this time of year! It has a very distinct taste, not as strong as many balsamics on the market but more rounded with a good depth of favour. Delicious!”

“A lighter, sweeter vinegar that enhances the flavour of vegetarian meals. I add it to my sauteed vegetables and bean dishes when I want a more subtle flavour and to make a change from some of the other kinds of vinegar I use in my cooking. It also goes well with a salad made using grated vegetables like cabbage, beetroot and carrot.”
