“Switched to this from Butternut Box and it’s really upset my dogs stomach. I followed the transition process, but it has given him bad diarrhoea and really bad wind. His tummy gurgles and gurgles all evening, and for the past two nights he’s woken us up to go to the toilet in the night (which he never does). I’ve persevered for about 2 weeks to see if he adjusts / settles but I can’t watch him struggle anymore. The food seems very dark and rich. I’ve contacted Naturo for advice or to return the unopened packs I have left, and they offered to collect them but the DPD costs to return would be more expensive than my refund. I did loads of research, but I really wouldn't recommend this food :(”

“Usually, very happy with the trays, but the delivery before last had 3 trays leaking. This has happened once before. Still awaiting resolution of the issue.”

“I tried several dog foods, even cooking my own, and my fussy cockapoo decided he didn't like them. I bought Natura grain free food and he dived in. Great testament of how good it is, and my cockapoo is food driven so it must be good!”
