“My little dog Jack loves Naturo and it’s so good for him. He wolfs every last bit licking the plate clean x He developed an allergy to chicken and I am soo happy there are grain free and chicken free varieties. He loves the turkey one and the duck one as well. Naturo are amazing and there was an error tans accidentally they sent the one with chicken in it. Their customer service was second to none! I emailed on the Saturday and I know they aren’t in till Monday and with a 3day sla I wasn’t expecting a reply till Wednesday. I’n fact I had a lovely reply on Monday at 930 am and the correct one arrived on the Wednesday! Incredible customer service and they even said to donate the incorrect ones to a dogs home x my sister helps the local homeless and gives packed lunches to over 120 people every day and some have doggies and they all get a doggy packed lunch and they LOVED them x Naturo are the best xx the food is tasty and healthy and amazing value x Thank you Naturo for everything xx”
