“Put in an order recently for edibles, which is what I'm currently buying most of from Naturecan, but also got free Ashwagandah tablets. I was a bit sceptical at first as what I first read up didn't really say anything that exciting and suggested there is no therapeutic value to this botanical. I tried my first pill on the night of the delivery, had some edibles and a CBD drink. Had a pretty decent night's sleep, It wasn't till reflecting back that I thought I had a fairly longish sleep with ease of getting off from far less edibles than usual, thought there could be something in this Ashwagandah. That morning was when I realised how potent combining CBD with Ashwagandah is, I had a tablet with my usual supplements to see if it had a calming effect through out the day, shortly after eat a home made edible......knocked me out . Read up a bit more about combining the two and it is referred to as a "power coupling". If you find CBD just isn't quite doing it for your sleep because of pain or acute insomnia try some of these, they may help.”
