“Sadly, my order for dried mango turned out to be not a good experience. It tastes and smells stale and more savoury than sweet. It ended up in a composting bin.”

Dear Vladimir, Thank you for your review, however, we are deeply disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review without contacting us first. Sliced mango is one of our best selling products, we rarely have any issues due to the fact we always process and pack current crop, and use only the finest growers. Any kind of complaints for this product is most unusual, however, had you contacted us we would have offered you a full replacement, or issued a full refund, and arranged collection for testing. “This product represents very good value, but the pieces are large and pretty tough compared to other similar products. If you don't mind the leathery texture then you do get a lot of mango for your money.”

Hi Carla, Thank you for your review, although it's a little disappointing ☹. We do give the approximate dimension of the mango in the product description, which can be quite large, up to 30mm x 90mm. And we do state the slices have a chewy texture. Our product is incredibly good value, and we are very proud of our service in general.
