“I ordered a cap for my boyfriend and it arrived without a pin, after emailing where they essentially said 2 staff members took interest in the pin and therefore it cant have been missing (already a red flag), i called the store and made an agreement for the pin to be sent but it may arrive after christmas. Not ideal but i agreed to this. Its now the end of January and no pin has arrived as well as no further communication. very very poor. I took a chance on this company as i’d never heard from them before and what a regret that is.”
