“I’m a beginner so these are good to start with but removing shoes to get knee pads on is bit annoying so will up grade in time. Everything fits well and does the job, wrist guards have been a saviour for sure. Sizing wise I’m a medium 5ft10” tall, 80kg of slight build and these are medium size pads and fit well”
