Only thing to consider is it seems like they very slightly reduce the travel of the truck axle thereby increasing your turning circle very slightly (at least in my case, with my existing trucks. Your mileage may vary).
Obviously, if you're shopping for firmer bushings, a tight turning circle isn't what you're looking for so not an issue:-)”
