“Didn’t even open the dress because it arrived late after I paid extra for, but I did packaging and shipping and unfortunately, there is a horrible return policy so not thrilled with the process start to end”

I'm so sorry your order did not make it to you when you expected it! I just looked further into this to see what may have happened and the delay appears to have been on the carrier's end. Per our shipping policy, upgraded shipping orders are processed the next business day(excludes weekends and holidays). I see your order was placed on 7/23 and we got it shipped that same day. Unfortunately, as it also states in our shipping policy, delivery times are not guaranteed as once a package has left our warehouse, we have no control over the shipment or the speed at which it makes it to our customers. “This dress is stunning, I ordered true to size, a small. I am 5’ 4” 127lbs It fit perfectly everywhere but my chest. I am a 34 DD and the cups are too small, I was spilling out underneath into the sheer rib cage boning of the dress.
Unfortunately, I had to make a return.”
“The dress itself is very pretty and the tulle is soft. However, the sizing is so weird. I’m a 32C and I ordered a small. The band that goes around the waist was a little big and the cup on the top had absolutely no form to them. This dress was made for someone with little to no chest as the cups just smashed that area down and provided no type of even minimal support.”
“This skirt is one piece of thin material with a sheer thin mesh overlay. The actual shirt (not overlay) is basically see through even in black. It is very pretty but I will have to add material underneath the skirt portion, as well as in the bodice. I will add a thicker mesh to the “boned area” (Which is actually just strips of ribbon, and not rigid as expected in a corset, at all. A little disappointed in the quality. If it was just made a little nicer it would’ve been perfect. I’ll have to try more items before I can recommend the company.”
