This dress is definitely not one you can get excited in and cheer with your hands in the air as you'll risk exposing yourself. Throwing on a pair of shorts underneath can help fix that if you have little ones like I do. Looks cute with sneakers and thigh high boots. Could also be worn as a cardigan if you didn't wAnt to wear it as a dress.”
