“Be careful of trying to give instructions. I left a note on order for the oil labels. It was ignored and sent wrong labels and seller wanted me to pay for this mistake. At no point did they reach out to let me know this note couldn't be achieved. Despite receiving a response they received my special notes.
The order shows additional labels available such as avacado oil and when I entered it in order notes they ignored it.
Also Namie home is on the oil
Labels and not the soap bottle labels. So you look at their branding in your kitchen labels and there isn't consistency.
I would get a full confirmation from the seller prior to purchasing as they don't read seller notes nor is there consistency.”
