Having discovered Panda online, I checked the reviews and opted to purchase a Memory foam topper. Amazingly I received it within 24 hours of ordering. I gave it 3 days to expand before use and we looked forward to a good night's sleep. Unfortunately it just didn't suit us, though we tried it for several nights but it was too firm and we just stayed on the surface rather than sinking into the foam.
We were so disappointed as it is obviously a quality product. When I contacted the company, I was really impressed at their immediate acceptance of my explanation and refunded my payment, as was promised in their advertisement within 2 days, allowing for a weekend.
