“Bought the Panda topper after having back pain when I woke up most mornings. I had a relatively new Mattress which on hindsight was too firm for my sleeping posture, and was reluctant to replace it. Tried the Panda topper after reading online reviews and as I could return if unhappy had nothing to lose. The topper on arrival did have a bit of a smell about it but went after a few days but fit well and felt comfortable. It took a few weeks but I have noticed an improvement to my back pain which is for the most part ok now so the purchase has been worth it for me.”

“I purchased the memory foam mattress and loved it and my back has certainly improved since getting it ..which is why I went on to buy the pillow ...however ..I haven’t been able to sleep on the pillow yet due to the smell ..strangely the mattress had no smell but the pillow is very smelly still and it has been weeks since I bought it ..i hope with time the smell will fade enough for me to use it as it seems like a very good pillow ..I just can’t sleep knowing I am breathing in this chemical smell which does not seem to want to fade yet ..i use it for lying on the sofa behind my back and is fine but in my room right under my nose is not yet possible for me ..could just be me and my sensitive airways or my particular pillow but I’m sure that one day I shall be able to enjoy it ..”
