The topper is so cosy and excellent quality. I was so pleased with it that I went on to buy another three toppers, a pillow, and two pillowcases. The comfort and overall quality are fantastic, and I’ve been really happy with the products themselves.
The only thing that let them down was the customer service regarding a special offer. I spent several hundred pounds and ordered through Boots (as the items were slightly cheaper on line at Boots) Although the items were dispatched from Panda’s warehouse, Panda wouldn’t honour a special offer they were running just a few days after I made my purchases. I was initially told they would look into it, but later they said they couldn’t remember what the offer was (and neither could I). Eventually, I was informed that because I purchased through Boots rather than directly from Panda, they wouldn’t be able to apply anything.
I felt very let down by the lack of goodwill, especially given the amount I had spent and the fact that I became a repeat customer so quickly. The products are wonderful, but the aftercare experience was disappointing”

“I personally love our new topper, it was great value for money and as a front/side sleeper I find the memory foam surprisingly comfortable and soft. Our mattress was new but not great quality and we're not ready to fully replace it yet. I find having the Panda topper has reduced the amount the mattress bounces when one of us changes sides in the night. My husband is a back/side sleeper and finds it too soft but accepts that it is a good in-between solution for now and we're both sleeping more soundly.
Was pleased to have found a more eco-friendly mattress topper too given it is bamboo based.
Came quickly and was easy to get into place even on my own.”
“I have a bad back and various health conditions and a bad shoulder. I have quite a firm mattress especially for my bad back but it was just too hard now and painful for the rest of my body. This bamboo mattress topper has provided comfort to the rest of my body But my back is still supported. Really pleased with it and bought another one for another bed due to this.”

“I have been using the panda topper for about 4-6 weeks now. In the begginning I was over the moon and my back was feeling better in the mornings. 4-6 weeks on I now feel that the topper is less supportive and sponger than when new. The area of the bed that is not used is still firm.
I think a thicker topper may be better longer term. I was very hopeful that this topper was going to be a winner but so far I am disappointed”
