“Why oh why did I wait so long to get one of these! It has saved my back and is helping me to get a greats nights sleep. 10/10. Only issue is the strong chemical smell but this fades after a while. Would 100% recommend!”
“The customer service was outstanding I can't fault it. The speed of delivery is perfect and very fast.
The only comment I have is the packaging. The bottom of the box always opens. I have passed to the team to tape the bottom box but this was not done on the second order. I'm lucky I had a considerate delivery driver who kept it the other way and kept closing it but not all drivers are like that.
I have yet to try my toppers this weekend. But it's very nice to find bamboo used.”
