“Sadly totally underwhelmed by this product. All the reviews praising it and the assertions on the box clearly raised my expectations and these could not be matched. Bought it to, hopefully, counterbalance a firm mattress but it does not do this. It does not temperature control - how could it. The surface is very soft even thro' a sheet and that is good. More sadly, it has totally put me off replacing my mattress with a memory foam one - also a product other people seem to rave about. Sorry wish it was a better experience.”

The Topper does have cooling properties and uses 'open cell' technology. There are tiny heat capsules within the Topper that reacts to your body temperature which in turn, creates the cooling effect. We'll be getting in contact to have a chat and see what we can do to help.
