“This purchase has been the absolute WORST experience. This is quite a luxury purchase, and I did so much research before buying the mattress topper as it was supposed to help with back issues, however, it made them worse instead, so sadly needed to return the product. Dealing with their incompetent and inefficient team has been horrendous, they are incapable of organizing a time to come collect the return package and make it impossible to get a refund. I’m extremely disappointed and discourage anyone from ever consider this horrible brand!!!”

“We bought this for our guest bed which is a "small double ". The fit is perfect for starters. There are 4 adjustable corner straps so it never wanders during the night. It is like sleeping on a cloud. Would thoroughly recommend.”
“Brilliant Service by Panda. Ordered online and it arrived as scheduled. Followed instructions about opening and unrolling the topper at midday. Slept on it 10 hours later and was comfortable although recommended time for full 'inflation' is 12-16 hours. Improved with time. Very comfortable and a great improvement on my old 16 year 'foam' one. Thanks Panda. Would highly recommend.”
“I like this mattress topper. Very comfortable. One worrying thing is that the cover wrinkles a lot and can be felt through my sheet as I move my legs and don't know what to do about it, perhaps take the cover off.”
