“I bought the topper as my mattress is too hard. Unfortunately it was not firm enough to cushion the mattress so was still not right. I ended up going back to my previous topper but I did use the cover which is a definite improvement as it stops that heat you get from memory foam. I am really sorry because the service was excellent. So would still recommend the company.”
