I received email confirmation very quickly and pick up was arranged for the following day. I received my refund within a week. Shame I couldn’t keep the topper but it was good quality and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this company.”
“Panda was my second choice after Dormeo Octosmart, because of very poor customer service and failed promises from Dormeo i got a refund and ordered from Panda, very pleased i did, easy online ordering, excellent delivery, had it on my bed for 4 nights so still adjusting, very comfirtable though, my only concern at the moment is that i find i am getting warm although i seem to have a better sleep, so far so good.”

“I had really high hopes for this mattress topper as it seemed to be one of the best on the market and everyone loves a more eco-friendly option so I was happy to fork out a bit more for this.
Having moved into a new rental property with a very lousy current mattress in place I hoped a decent mattress topper would sort us out. This topper was just too thin & flimsy, although I have a preference for a firmer mattress/topper. I wish I had done a bit more research about memory foam densities because this one is really not that dense and you sink right in, the 'memory' aspect is not very strong at all. It is also extremely thin at only 5cm depth and this seems to be the only thickness option.
I will be returning this product sadly. Cannot fault the customer service however, DPD had very mistakenly managed to mess up delivery and send the product back to Panda Life. Panda Life were easy to contact about this and sent me a new one straight away which was fab. Unfortunate that things did not work out to our liking as the ethos of the company is great.”
