“We've had this little under a week. Purchased as my partner suffers from sleep apnea and I have trouble getting to sleep anyway. Both have dramatically improved over the short time we've had it. “The topper looks great and the bamboo cover feels lovely, but the topper itself is actually very soft and doesn't have the 'holding' feel that other memory foam has and therefore didn't offer any support. After a few seconds of a 'squishy' feeling, the foam completely flattened and my pressure points (as a side sleeper) just pushed right to the bottom of the topper. After one night I had pain in my hip and knee and on the second night the pain in my hips was so bad I had to get up and remove the topper before getting back to sleep. My actual mattress is much more comfortable on its own, unfortunately. Waiting for a reply from Panda to arrange the return, so as yet can't comment on the customer service. My back-sleeping boyfriend liked the squishy feeling, didn't get any discomfort, but neither felt it offered any additional support.”
