unfortunately it didn't improve my sleep.
i have chronic sciatica and backpain so this review isn't of any value to normal healthy people. we already had a quality mattress but had we had an older uncomfortable mattress the panda topper would have been a great and economical purchase and i highly recommend it. my wife loves it.
there are cheaper toppers around but the panda came top in a independent review of the best toppers so i decided - if was going to do it - to pay more to get the best.
