“Not as soft as I thought it would be. I have a second mattress topper on top and together they work well. Without being able to really try them in advance it’s hard to know what suits. I didn’t want the stress of returning it during lock down so opted to keep it and add another one.”

The only problem I've had is where to store it when we fold-up the bed in the morning - but not a very important question affecting the quality of the product.
