“Extremely happy so far. Customer service was very good along with DPD delivery. Yes there was a chemical smell on opening but you need to let the foam mattress unfold for a good few hours and smell went completely by the next day. I do use a wool mattress protector on top so I can’t smell it anything through it.I have had wonderful comfortable sleep on this mattress. Its neither soft nor hard and just right to mould around you . I have also not felt hot (menopause)but that could also be the wool protector I use. Can’t fault so far and extremely happy with my new purchase.”

“Thought I would try this topper after buying a new matteress which was hybrid memory foam but it was hard, I ordered after reading the reviews on different web sites and amazon, purchased through amazon it arrived with no problems (a day earlier than expected) I followed the instructions and left if for a whole day went to bed that night and had one of the best nights sleeps in ages, I suffer with a bad back and aching hips and my husband has a bad back also, so far we have had no problems with waking up in the night with aches and pains. I thought the price we paid was reasonable, a lot less than other famous brand matteress toppers! Although we had a 30 day trial period we won't be taking advantage of it!
