“Very good topper, definitely recommended if you can't pay for new mattress.
The only score down to very long last smell from it, which is apparently natural but took over month to stop smell. Unfortunately I'm very sensitive to smells so caused me a headache.”

“I purchased a mattress topper, it arrived promptly and was in good condition. However, I had cause to return the topper, not because it was faulty, it was just not suitable for me. I emailed your company to say I wanted to return the topper and I received a swift reply explaining I could keep it for a discounted price or return it. I returned it. I must say I was very pleased with your customer service. The emails were I received explaining what I needed to do were clear and friendly. “Bought a panda topper for our Hypnos mattress. Only have one king size bed and topper took over 24 hours to expand so that was very inconvenient. Topper has a small fault at side about four inches in where there is a weak area about two inches by one inch. This would have caused us to return it if it was further in. Think quality control needs to improve to capture such faults. Topper is comfortable and good value for money. King size was cheaper than an Emma single I bought for a spare bedroom. Cannot comment on durability at all as too soon.”
“Searched around, and although Panda were not the cheapest, (and with experience: quality for a mattress far outweighs price), we choose Panda for a mattress topper and two pillows. Our mattress is new, and good, but needed something softer over it. I had a topper before we got the new mattress, and cannot recommend enough, and so realising we needed a replacement came to Panda to buy. The service was excellent, and the topper and pillows just good. We have definitely noticed a difference to our comfort level. Would come back to Panda as first choice.”
