“This is the worst mattress topper I have ever had so flat and uncomfortable my aches and pains were triple after sleeping on this...I contacted the company to return in and was told I had to box it myself and pay the return postage the person I spoke to wasn't very helpful..it is now dumped in the skip...I would NOT recommend this to anyone and I am very disappointed in the after sales service.”

“I stayed with a friend who had a panda mattress topper on her guest bed and I made my panda topper purchase exactly at 7.30am, about 5 minutes after i woken up. It was the best sleep I’ve had in a LONG long while.
We had been looking at buying a topper for ages but with so much out there, it’s hard to make a decision so it was an absolute blessing that i had the unexpected chance to try the product out before ordering :)
We had a very comfortable, albeit also very firm mattress in the first place and whilst we loved our bed, we often woke up with joint aches in random places of my body. I also have bad shoulders and in the months leading up to us getting the topper, our bed became a bit of a battlefield for me, trying to get comfy without pain. With the panda topper this has disappeared completely. It’s so supportive but in the best way. Doesn’t make your bed too soft, it just provides you with a supportive layer on top that feels so kind to your body. It’s extremely comfortable.
We both get pretty warm at night so i was naturally worried about the topper making us sweaty and uncomfortable, but to this date no issues on this front. This night be different in the really hot summer nights but let’s face it, thise nights are uncomfy even on a bare mattress…
The product is well priced in my honest opinion. £150 for a topper might seem like a lot initially but for me it was a no brainer to order after trying it and i feel zero regret or doubt since the purchase about a month ago. Great quality product!”

“I put the topper over a firm mattress. The topper is both 'forgiving' and firm. It is also very warm -- I suspect it will be too warm in the summers. I think it also made my bed a bit too soft so I've removed the topper and use it as a spare bed sitting directly on tatami mats (it's amazing on those). I was thinking about returning it within my 30 days but wasn't sure I could be bothered with the repacking and sending. So, I will see!”
