“Purchased a mattress topper which was well made, good quality, v.f.m. and delivered quickly. Regrettably I had to return it as it was too soft for me. Contacted customer services (Justin) who was understanding and helpful and advised me how to return it. Unfortunately the topper was lost in transit but Justin sorted this out to ensure I got my refund. Great customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. When my mattress needs replacing I know where to go.”

“Goodness gracious me! This topper has totally transformed my 10 year old Relaxan Watterlatex king size mattress.
I was reluctant to replace my mattress because it was still firm and it’s a big expense to do so.
This is my second topper. I bought one for an ikea sofabed in my living room and it’s transformed that as well.
I feel a lot more supported, the topper is the perfect height, not too much that you feel enveloped by squishyness lol but it certainly relaxes the joints by taking pressure off, like a warm gentle soft hug.
