“My apologies, this does not reflect on the very good customer service team, but what I received wasn't new, the box had been taped up after being opened and I'm sure that the warehouse wouldn't send out an item in that conditionâť“ so I never bothered to open the box and arranged to send it back the next day.
I would have loved to give an honest review of the topper but was totally disappointed with what I received.”
