“Very good customer support. Sadly the topper does not live up to expectations. I can feel the mattress through it and it doesn't offer support for my hips and back.”
“This has helped my back pain, although not sure if it will be too warm in the summer.
It doesn’t move but please please put longer and wider elastic to secure it in place around the mattress. It is too short and one or two just ripped when I was trying to fit.
Overall though I’m happy with it, anything that helps my back.”
“So far so good - really soft and first night in ages without hip pain BUT one caveat: the elastic straps to hold onto the mattress are useless. They are too near the corner, and thus too short to actually stay on. Such a simple design fault and makes me wonder if the chief executive actually makes his/ her Own bed, as they would realise in seconds the stRap needs moving.”
